Kiedis being annoying is a huge understatement. He’s been annoying for the last 30 years.

The biggest disappointment of this band is completely wasting John Frusciante. Great guitarist. Every time I hear Can’t Stop on the radio I’m like wow this is fire, then Kiedis comes in with his bullshit and ruins it

Carry Me Home and Eddie are instant classics. Peace and Love, Roulette, Shoot Me a Smile, and La La La La La La La La La La La La La La La La La La La La La are all pretty good too. I hate Bella and My Cigarette.

As someone whose favorite album of theirs is By the Way, there's some decent stuff on here but good god is it bloated.



I get RHCP's tendency to just jam out for hours and lay it down on tape, but that doesn't mean all of that music is worthy of publishing. Even By the Way is 16 tracks and I could do without at least 3 of them.
