Nice to see the lads on the trending chart. I'll have to take a peek this weekend.

Although charts mean absolutely nothing nowadays it’s still nice to see these in at 2 with this beaut.

I'm considering raising my rating to a 4.5, even if only for now. I've been listening to this every day, and sometimes multiple times. The most effective listens have been through the cans before I went to sleep a couple of nights. My highlight is definitely Steve Hogarth, as many of his vocal lines keep getting caught in my head throughout my days.

I love this record man...

Zakbro have you listened to Marbles, or better yet, fully digested it? If not, I highly encourage it. As a whole it's the best Hogarth Marillion album in my opinion, and quite similar to this one....

Will go back to it my man.
It’s one of those I skitted over and enjoyed but it was during the course of a massive fish era binge so I’ve largely forgotten about it.
Will be my next step in a few weeks as I’m enjoying this one massively at the moment.

I'm just carousing on RYM and happened to notice that they have Marbles as the second highest rated Marillon album behind Clutching At Straws - higher than Misplaced Childhood and Script.

Now I'm not saying that I agree with that, but it certainly is an underrated gem, and needs repeated listens. The reward is huge.

Murder machines is good but such a ‘Feel like I’ve heard this before’ vibe to it.

Sounds pretty good and will need a few listens but sounds that can’t be made for me was much better than FEAR and not sure if this one will top it yet.

Marbles is an excellent album indeed. Probably the best in Hogarth's era.
