It's a grower, I believe you will enjoy it even more with each listen.

Well im really looking forward to this album, gonna check it later today if I have the time, this band never disappointed me and I don't think it will change now.

The engineering/production bugs me on each and every Be'Lakor record and this one is no exception. It’s not bad this time around but as usual translates as something missing. That issue aside, great band and great album as always.

And yes, this band's albums definitely take multiple listens. They're a grower band for sure. I pity anyone that breezed through the album and just permanently sets it aside after that.

the vinyl mix sounds beautiful - definitely give that one a listen. i would say the CD mix to this is fine though. certainly doesn't suffer tremendously from its compression - it's done well.

they butchered 'vessels' with its hypercompression though, i really hope they go back and give that the redo it deserves.

Jens Bogren did a good job, I love how the album sounds. Agreed, Vessels would benefit from a more full-bodied production.

One of the best moments the lads have ever recorded, in my opinion.

An Ember's Arc's ending and the tasty main riff of From Scythe to Sceptre are also awesome moments. The latter is even among the best riffs of the '00s.

This band does the ‘we put out the same record over and over but if you listen carefully we actually don’t’ game better than anyone.

This one is no exception and might be my favorite. Great read again NoTrap.
