Thanks for the clarification. I personally can’t get into Jinjer, but that’s more about my tastes in metal. This is more up my alley hence the high score.

Damn page break

Sure man, just a matter of taste in the end.

And honestly pretty different bands too.

Yeah the comparison is inevitable but not super fair to either band.

Fucking fire. I love these folks and am completely biased as they are from my home. That aside, Eternal Blue as an album is a ride.

This is sounding amazing so far. Sam killed it on Yellowjacket, almost makes you you forget how awful the last Architects album was.

Early favs are definitely Sun Killer, Silk In the Strings, and Halcyon. Courtney is an absolute beast and her husband brings the junz. I retract my previous comments about their heavy stuff being mediocre at best, these guys rule.

I’ve really grown to love Mike’s guitar playing style. He can take an easy, straightforward riff and just spice it up enough to make it unique and his own. Not to mention all the pitch shifting breakdowns, which I never heard many bands do before Spiritbox. It’s always something interesting and is so much more than your typical djent.

Holy Roller is great. The rest of the songs not so much.

Curious to read Papa Gnocti's thoughts on this.

Both back bands suck and Jinjer have the better vocalist, even though both of them suck too

Fuck metalcore simps

I can always say that I saw their second live show as a band.

"is that dude digging btbam and calling other people metalcore simps?"

Phew, I thought no one would take the bait.

Of course! BTBAM aren't just metal core, they're also prog, which means they make superior music. Unlike Bin-jer and Spiritsuck
