afaik last report was dustie was suing paul and tommy (aka "btbam inc.") because they attempted to fire him from the band not because of the allegations but because of his back issues. that was multiple years ago at this point. still no word on whether he's still in the band or not. dustie and blake still hang out according to their socials.



was a lot of speculation they weren't able to release new music until it was resolved and was why they were touring their old albums so hard... so either its over or just not as big a deal as it was thought to be.

yeah dustie was accused of iirc raping and impregnating a drunk fan he may or may not have had an ongoing relationship with, along with many screenshots to back it up. the initial allegation was very aggressively denounced by dustie and his legal team. i even remember language saying "they've proven to be fake & the band has been informed" etc. and apparently the entire btbam discord mod team stepped down for some unknown reasons around this time.



however, whether that's true or not, enough people came out with pretty similar stories to the point i think its pretty likely dustie is a weirdo at best.



dustie also randomly played with them at some festival dates in 2023 out of nowhere post-allegations. people were not happy about that.

yeesh, just looked into it a little further and I can understand why the band had been quiet for a while

seems like Dustie is part of the band still but "inactive"? What a confusing mess

looks like they're presenting themselves as a four piece now based on all the new pictures on their spotify (which wasn't the case as recently as two days ago). guess that answers that.
