This is definitely the best from the old sound of Thrice, and Vheissu is the best of the new. Still anticipating Earth and Wind.
The guitar in this one is top notch for sure. I do miss that from the new sound.

That's probably my favorite song by the group as well. You should see the floor open up live for the last breakdown, it's immense. I'll let you know how big it is (that sounds wrong) on Sunday when I see them for the third time this year :D

So I finally bought both this and TAitA, and while I haven't listened to this enough to judge it, both are amazing. TAitA is easily a strong 4.5 for me.

It's grown on me. Excellent album, but not as good as Vheissu or TAitA just yet.

This album is unbelievably good and I have no idea how many times I've listened to it. The intro to "So Strange I Remember You" is sooo sick and fun to play, I love it.

I still don't have this and Thrice are one of the rulers in my music life. Don't shoot me guys but the only song I've even heard is Deadbolt.

Last time I saw them Dustin dedicated Deadbolt to this idiot who kept screaming the title after their 3rd song. Than when they got around to playing it Dustin introduced the song by saying something along the lines of "This is for everyone who's been with us for awhile as well as for those who persistently scream it throughout our set." It brought the lolz.

Ahh, to be able to listen to this for the first time, again, would be grand.

Ahh, to finally be able to listen to this. This is post hardcore/punk/alternative gold my friends, and I can see this being one abused disc. This 4.5 Pokemon may evolve into a 5 monster someday.

Shoot this is a 5.

In Years To Come is the only song that doesn't slay. It still kinda slays, like someone slitting your throat with a piece of paper, which would hurt, but your throat will still be intact.
