His vocals on this and the new songs is really annoying in a way that's hard to describe.

Gave this a couple of spins today after basically forgetting about the band. It's retained the 3.5 I gave it a few years ago and may have even strengthened it's case towards a 4. Not there yet, but I definitely had a good time with the album. I guess one thing to note about my perspective is that I've not heard Two Parts Viper, so I'm coming into this from a different angle to several you.
