I watched the footage about this record on youtube yesterday. The equipment and hardware on the UK side are very good. But in Africa side it's pretty rudimentary, there's not even a proper recording studio, but the music is just real. I really like this record.

From what I can tell the majority of the electronic/tech/production contributions to this are london based with the majority of the south african studio contributions being relatively grassroots so it makes sense that the uk studio would have more resources to showcase
