@Pika
I love River and this is bland as Hell
More like More Scared but without the couple highlight tracks that one had

Think this is definitely their least energetic album.

Like I said nothing will probably ever top "Throw Me In The River", but this is so damn good.

will wagner's acoustic ep is his best work

Not necessarily a bad take, Laika is his best song

wil's style of singing in "dirty water" sounded a little weird to me at first but now it's one of my favorites. the piano in that song is so great.

I like Throw Me best and I think this one is ass, it's mundane and lacks character

I think this is at least their most diverse outing yet. Great record.

not sure how to reconcile my old love for this band with the idea that wil wagner is probably a huge piece of shit

"not sure how to reconcile my old love for this band with the idea that wil wagner is probably a huge piece of shit
I mean, he would probably agree.

Wil has been...very wil with how he has handled the past few years of the Georgia Maq stuff

there were a couple months where i didn't listen to this band because of that stuff. just felt a little uncomfortable when i tried to. but while i don't agree with the shit that he said, i suppose i can see the "toxic relationship" angle that he claims. it's worse than the pinegrove stuff but ultimately i can listen to them now.
that's as opposed to brand new, a band that i haven't listened to at all since the lacey admission.

The amount of folks I see still listening to brand new via social media these days is wild

My facebook and twitter feeds have a very heavy slant towards folks in Georgia's camp so maybe that has subconsciously colored my opinion of smith street idk
