Sorry man, but this was kind of a poor review, and pretty inaccurate with the music at times. (there are no blast-beats on this album at all. They're just really, really awkward thrash beats)
Seven Churches is to death metal what Bathory's s/t was to black metal: a primal work that defined how the genre would be at large for years to come. Morbid Angel in particular were massively influenced by this album.
