I don’t know tbh she’s just credited as kelvingrove beauty / Vivien.

PB: What about the girl on ‘Kelvingrove Baby’?
CT: That was Vivien. She was a model who was from Bremen originally. and she was living in Hamburg, and I think Stefan booked her for another photo shoot, and he said, “We have got someone who would be just right for this.” She did it, and the last I heard of her she had disappeared to Vancouver and latterly South Africa.

The Spotify/Bandcamp re-recorded/remixed version of this album is…not right :’(
Be careful out there folks, ‘90s original recording or bust

Picked up the vinyl for cheap based on the cover alone. Such a good album

The Spotify/Bandcamp re-recorded/remixed version of this album is…not right :’(
What's different about it? Is it actually a brand new recording of old material, or just a remastering? I have the original '90s recording/album in my iTunes catalog but I always welcome Spotify additions if it means I can add tracks to my playlists.

Yeah, it sounds like an overcorrection. Very heavy on the lower end, so it sounds really echoey.

It’s a re-recording - or at least some of it is at the very least.
I imagine all of it. It’s a bit over egged, some new touches I do quite like but overall no, gets rid of the unique atmosphere I feel

This might be my find of the week " If Love Could Last Forever" and "Hellespont in a Storm" will probably travel with me until the end...

Perry Blake provided some sustenance upon which to chew, so I wonder what this iteration of Doofcore is all about?

Don't listen to the Spotify version is my major bit of advice Demon.
That's a recent re-recording and garbage.

Mind blowing returning to the original release after being a lazy dirty fecker and getting used to playing some of the re-recorded versions of favourite tracks on cursed Spotify.
Still the best album I’ve discovered since joining Sput in 2016…
