If Tim is ever convicted again, he's gonna present this album's lyrics as his allocution statement.

It's not bad, just be better if they left the shitty clean vocals out. Sounds like one of these current bands that have the excessively whiny pop punk style vocals over metal music just not a good fit.

Don’t care what anyone thinks, I would’ve much preferred a new Wovenwar album. At least there the dudes weren’t afraid to experiment with new sounds.

Wovenwar's first album is awesome, aside from some really ugly mixing. Their second was more generic and boring but still had its moments. I've always really enjoyed Shane's voice so him fronting a band was something I could really get behind, I'm sad that they're probably done.

Sounds like he can barely hold his highs too

Amazing album.
Great quality, well produced (Adam d). Fantastic album. Back on form, and with the lack of good metalcore anymore. These guys are back with one of the best albums in the past few years. Thank god these guys are back.

Was really hoping Tim would mention the attempted murder/prison time in the song titles and lyrics /s

AILD has never been a lyrical band and then they got fucked with the Tim thing. Should of had their producer just write everything lyrically.
TBH this is a it of progression of Awakened with the clean choruses. They kept creeping in a bit more on each album. Except their last few albums didn't feel one note. This record feels like the same song over and over.
The riffs are fine but there's no substance. Just go listen to Shadows Are Security, it's the same shit but a bit raw
