what's some potscore abstract electronic? thoughts on ryoji ikeda? xanopticon?

I haven't heard xanopticon but I tend to like my breaks leaning towards the trip hop or drum and bass side of things rather than the IDM side of things. A lot of shit within the IDM or minimalism camps are either too mechanical or too boring for me. If my electronic doesn't have a groove it better be deeply visceral, emotive, or at the very least soothing. The armchair stuff is usually either too nerdy or too wanky for me.
