Yes, Paddy announced it to be set for a September release date
"Femmes Mythologiques," he also plays a clip of a song as well in this BBC interview https://www.sproutology.co.uk/interviews/paddy-on-bbc-radio-4-today-programme-dec-10th-2018/
Apparently, this is what he was working on before he had to finish Crimson/Red to fulfill a contract

"I can't take that song seriously but the last minute is an album highlight."
What?! That is crazy my friend. Both instrumentally and lyrically one of my favorite tracks on the whole album. Maybe my favorite. Earth (The Story So Far) is also contender for best song, but damn, with an album like this..... almost impossible to pick my favorite track.

It's hard to pinpoint, but I Love Music, and some other songs (and Gunman) sound kinda derivative of random pop, soul, r&b, blues, country, etc. I've heard over the years. With I Love Music especially the bass line and blues chord progression.
The lyrics of I Love Music and other songs on here, and Gunman, are humorously cheesy but he sounds so endearing and lovable that it sort of works. They reach newer U2 albums level of cheesiness tho sometimes.
This is an inventive album nonetheless, and musically most of it is excellent. My favs are Ride, God Watch Over You, Earth, and Falling in Love.

Well... I do love R&B and Neo-Soul.... Which is why I relate some of the compositions on this to Seal. But I would never make the connection to this and U2, a band I despise. Haha.

'80s U2 is amazing dude. War, Unforgettable Fire, and Joshua Tree are classics.
I like r&b and soul a lot too. When I hear that 12-bar blues chord progression it sticks out to me, just cause I've heard it so much in popular music. I also had to play it so much in my teen years when I was learning bass and playing blues and jazz.

Yes U2 is just not for me, I think I have War at a 1

That's kinda funny cause War is considered their best album by some, including some people I've noticed who can't stand their 21st century albums.
The Unforgettable Fire and Joshua Tree are amazing too, very atmospheric and their most experimental. Brian Eno produced those two and really brought a lot of his weirdness and ambient sensibilities to their sound in the best ways. You might like some songs from those.
