Does it sound anything like Dying Fetus?

Yeah this is certainly not for everyone but metalcore's always been one of my fav genres and this band is in the top echelon of metalcore bands right now.

nice job with the feature, what a way to come back after 4 years haha

I’m still planning to give this a review myself, one of the few albums I’ve been counting down to review personally

I'm scared that this will get less good to me over time just like all their other stuff.

Except 'Orphan' from the last album. Undoubtedly, unequivocally a banger.

“lyrics are cringe” ... they are literally quoting and taking influence from historical literature, biblical reference, political rallies, and war cries... how is that cringe?

Ye the lyrics are interesting once you see whats being referenced... as a concept this is pretty great

Also, metalcore is one of my fav genres but I don't think that these guys' melodies (again, just based on this album) are anything special and some songs definitely don't have the intended punch

'Nuclear families split apart like the atom

Demagogues proliferate the calloused grip of the state

The future asphyxiates under nativist suspicions

Insipid minds domestic fission'
