very good music. My least favorites would be Nail their tongues and T/T tbh, I guess the more folksy ones (?). The other tracks were all really good to me.

Just listened to this again and meh. I found myself turning it up loudly just to keep focusing on it. Does have its moments though, I like Stolen Years and the whole sound going on there, and there seems to be a fair bit of hate for Nail Their Tongues but I think it's one of the better tracks on the album tbf. Pretty disappointing.

Still loving this one. Def up their with their best stuff imo, don't get the hate at all tbh.

To the Nameless Dead is heavier this is more on the black'n'roll/folk side of things but I love it.

A step up from the previous 2 albums. Never doubted.

It might be the biggest grower this year for me. I remember how unimpressed my first spins with this record were, but goddamn repeated listens are rewarding. It's less immediate than previous ones such but I really dig the progressions and the use of recurring motifs such as on the opening and closing tracks.

Def a huge step up from Redemption (which is still great) but I'd put Where Greater Men Have Fallen a bit above this. Band is amazing though obviously.

Where Greater Man title track is better than any song in this album, but Exile is their most consistent release since To the Nameless Dead, in my opinion.

There's a section in Decibel where Averill was asked to comment about newly released tracks and god he's hilarious at times. I'll post a copy paste later
