im confused what the intended message of Hymnal is as well. I dont take it these guys are christian and although I am myself the cover of it isn't offensive really to me. just makes it more brooding/dark which is fair because the hymn's lyrics are "were you there when they crucified my lord? // oh sometimes it makes me tremble..."
