I personally listen to music for the music. I dont let the lyrics sway me to hating a band for their message. By doing this Im pretty much open to anything despite their views. I grew up in a Christian family and was raised on Christian metal and even Christian death metal (the ultimate oxymoron, I know), but music is music and I dont discriminate because of beliefs. Anyways, if you claim to be Satanic, then you have to believe in God. Considering Satan was born from God as per the Bible. If you believe in Satan then you must believe that he is inferior to God. Meaning that youre stupid for worshiping such an entity. Youre doomed to ultimately fail. If youre a Satanist, you may as well just become an atheist. It just makes more sense. This is coming from someone who has once believed and pretty much reverted from Christianity. Its totally hypocritical.
