Mouse on the Keys has some really good stuff. Would like to dive a little further into their music one of these days but I do thoroughly enjoy their first 2 EPs

I know I am listening to this group for the first time, but something that might scratch the itch for stuff like III (which is quite good so far), Hidden Orchestra may be the ticket for you, if you haven't already heard them
They are trip hoppy inst jazz group and they make beautiful musics and I love them
Also, the Bastion OST, by Darren Korb, is fraggin amazing and would also be a similar vein to III, I think. Not really jazzy necessarily, but I would say it vibes along a similar path. Besides maybe 2 or 3 of the tracks, it is also inst

Also, and I can't believe I didn't think of this the other day, but check Nujabes, too, if you haven't heard
His solo stuff is inst jazzy hip hop, but there are a fair amount of guest spots doing vocals on each album, so there is a mix of vox and inst tracks, but it is all wonderful stuff
