Absolutely, it's because they are not a singles band. Not to mention Toto IV was recorded after receiving a "give us hits or you are fired" ultimatum; it gave them money but it also scarred the band for life. It's my least played of their studio albums (cover album aside) and it's just crazy how for most people Toto begins and ends with IV plus a couple other hits.

I respect IV for the density they managed to cram into such a neutered pop sound, it's got its highlights for sure, but I don't see what it could possibly offer more than any other record of theirs.
I'm gonna re-upload a review for Isolation by the way. I gave it a 5 back in 2014, but I was a bit too enthusiastic in my Toto battle.

I don't love this old review so I took the occasion to skim through it and iron out a couple of things (without changing anything significant - it's still 2016 me's haha).
In the past year I wrote new blurby reviews for every Toto album on RYM, I was considering polishing and bringing them to Sputnik but I never got around to. I should really try and do at least a few of them, like the 35th Anniversary Live in Poland
