The band considers it a full-length, yeah. They're advertising it as such. They advertise EPs as MLPs instead since "EP" and "LP" are such redundant terms nowadays.

i assume it has something to do with the scope of their vision with this one since the band is so conceptual with their art; it probably has a different 'purpose' than their EPs so the differentiation may be artistic rather than practical
in any case it's as long as reign in blood so it's practically a double album if you ask me
