have never heard of anyone say that Rush has made horrible albums, for about 35 years, until now

I always remark that Vapor Trails is horrible

how so?

no rush album is horrible, objectively speaking. 1975-1987 is bliss, 1993 is nice and 2007-2012 is sweet

Well, Hemispheres and Moving Pictures are equally the best in Rush's career. Moving Pictures has the best balance between Prog and more commercial stuff. That album has the best production, too. Hemispheres is the better Prog album because it's more obscure and the playing is at their tightest and most technical, but Moving Pictures reads like a greatest hits album. Every single song on those two albums are perfect.
