Gmaq as a writer is definitely underrated IMO, better than a lot of artists in the same scene.

Still the best Georgia Maq song. Footscray Station's almost as good, hoping their next album matches the quality of these songs.

GMaq's voice is perfection. West side and Trepidation and probably my favourites here.

Cheers Juninho, any favourite tracks?

And that sucks, schoonda, I felt even the digital release sounded a little too compressed, so I can't imagine what it sounds like on vinyl. :/

yeah the production I felt was bit too rushed on the album, they recorded the whole thing in 2 days.

I'd be fine if the record sounded like the digital copy, but its just a really poor pressing, a lot distortion and not much clarity, it's a shame because i'd probably play it a lot more otherwise.

saw a Georgia Maq solo show 2 weeks back, 90% new material. Some DEFINITE tunes about Wil in there, for sure. The tunes are good as but yeah some harsh words there. One line that stood out was 'treat women like queens until they disagree' which references a line in Sigourney Weaver.

You should check out Georgia's solo ep, too, Feather, if you're interested. Really, really good stuff.
