my god the remaster for this is terrible, same with diamond dogs. just ruins great albums and you cant even stream the old versions (at least not on spotify)

I’m only willing to pay the artists directly, so Bandcamp for me, the rest is piracy. Sex and the Church kinda grew on me though, it has steam.

@Veldin Maybe I just need to get used to it because I'm so used to the original, but the mixing just sounds off in some tracks like "untitled no.1" I can't quite describe it.
That's only the case for Buddha though, the Diamond Dogs mixing on the remaster is too clean, the version I grew up with is so muddy everything meshes together perfectly (kind of like wall of sound production) which fits the dystopian 1984 theme of the album. The remaster is too clean and just doesn't work at all.
