the review seems kind of fangirl/boyish. Try to be critical of the band, and the music and not just saying the things you like because you really love the band.

I wanted to turn this album off the second I heard the vocals, holy shit. The instrumentation and the screams on the album are solid, but man, the clean vocals sound super forced and awful.

I'd rate this 3.3/5. Great in places, but nothing special

What they wanted to achieve with this album was done by Alesana 10 times better on Confessions.

One thing I did notice, was the omission of quotations on some song titles. Other than that, it's an ok review. It feels a bit rushed. Like you had a deadline to make or some outside pressure to get it done with it. I think if you take a little more time to proofread, things will get sorted out a bit better and give you a chance to check yourself on small mistakes that a good writer, like yourself, wouldn't normally make. Thanks for the review!

Fear is right, modern mainstream metalcore is dire right now, good shit tends to come from the underground

This is the album that got me started listening to this band. They should stay this way. There debut album is too soft.

If I could make a slight correction. The song "Communion of the Cursed" is not based off of "The Last Exorcist", it is based off of "The Exorcist" by William Peter Blatty. Other than that the review is pretty good. Keep up the good writing!
