They sound so fucking tight on this album. Like the grooves are so cohesive. Everyone is just so cognizant of each other’s vibe. And I dig their next few albums too, but there’s something here that’s so unique.

make yourself isn't as wacky but it's still got some nice textural numetally thingamabobs going on in the guitar effects and electronics

Yeah I used to be of the opinion that MY and MV were two sides of the same coin, but now I can appreciate that MY is closer to Science than I realised. Although still closer to MV than Science overall.

I'm on Morning View team, it has such a nice groovy feel, excellent melodies throughout, the more aggressive tunes feels very sincere and it's all really well produced.
Make Yourself, as the time passes, feels more and more corny to me, as I've probably said on here before, some lyrics just feel straight cringey, but still far from being a bad album. Love 'Clean' though, might be my favorite on it.
