Neurosis' music is generally more crushing and heavy while Isis' (especially later on) was far more emotional and intricate.

Neurosis are a lot darker in terms of atmosphere and emotion in comparison to ISIS.
As far as Rosetta are concerned, I second that their first three albums are all fantastic. My personal fave would have to be Wake/Lift.
