X has a lot of jams, though also a lot of awful songs. Don't and Afire Love are both great and show that Ed Sheeran is capable of doing something good.

I like Ed, I think he's a good dude and much more 'real' as an artist than a large percentage of mainstream pop artists. I like most of his songs I've heard too to an extent, but I don't know if I'd enjoy a whole album of his stuff. Good review too for the most part, pos.

Yeah, he is really inconsistent and his ballads are boring as fuck, but his more upbeat songs are great.

I don't like his stuff but he seems like a genuinely nice guy.

Most of his songs are mundane at best but I'd still rather hear them on the radio than pretty much all the other shite that gets played. Judging by his live performances and early EPs I always thought this album- and indeed, his next one too- was a poor reflection of his actual talent. Plus he's just just a genuine, sweet, super nice guy.
