For anyone who wants to hear about the concept of the album, check the last two episodes of their guitarist's podcast, Break It Down. It was really interesting.

This is an amazing album and it didn't get ignored, considering the fans paid for it to be made.

i meant on sputnik. released an album only 7 years ago that has over 1k votes, this has less than 100 and apparently it doesn't even suck

That's reflective of sputnik not being nearly as popular as it used to be more than anything. Look at most bands and albums on here.

This record still slays. The Beginning has become my favorite track- that chorus is so damn good.

Oh, and that first verse of The Less You Say is still one of the best moments in Emery's entire discog.

Love this LP. It may not be the band's most outright impressive or immediate album, but it's certainly the biggest 'grower' and ends up being one of the best.

Just went back and listened to this for the first time in a while. Thrash is a fucking sick track. I love the transition to the jazz ending. The Less You say is still my favorite though. It's so impactful, especially when you hear what the song is supposed to be about.
