Lots of influences clearly audible but the execution is amazing and it's got a nice personal touch

Yes.

Yeah I dig this. Old Haste the Day had a unique sound and I'm glad to hear them bringing that back.

Shadow is pretty awesome.

Probably the best song on the album. It's just a monumental track and brings together such an explosive sound.

Shadow is like the most forgettable for me. World and Fail are much better imo.

Is it just me or do the harsh vocals on Fail sound a fucking lot like Cory from Norma Jean. It's almost an exact match and thought it was him featuring.

Is my memory just shit or did this band sound a lot less harsh in the past? (I remember listening to one of their mid 2000s albums at some point)

Pressure the Hinges and Dreamer were much more melodic than their earlier work.

I tried listening to this, got three tracks in, was REALLY bored, and stopped. This is just not for me.

This album is really disappointing in my opinion. It sounds just like any other modern metalcore album which means that scene kids will like it. I don't think HTD will ever be able to write something better than When Everything Falls.
