This is such a great album. The vocals, the atmoshpere and the instrumentals... So freaking good! Starting to like this more then saor even.

One of the greatest offerings within the genre I have ever heard... and I am sucker for good black metal. There is a very delicate line between rehashed boring black metal and fresh cathartic black metal, this album is entirely what the genre has been aching for. As wonderful as 2015 has been for music, this is holding strong as AOTY for me. Beautiful and powerful stuff to be found here.

ahhh yes, there is a considerable difference. I couldn't help but notice that you enjoy black metal, both by your picture and your profile. You really should give this new Downfall of Nur LP a listen from the first note the the last. Every moment has something to offer, it's extraordinarily captivating. The last 4 minutes of this journey are incredibly empowering.

I just sort of dislike the vox (the screechiness sort of hurts my ears), and I think some other production issues make it a it weird. Definitely a good debut, though! I might give it a rating eventually.
