At least two tracks - Catholic Block and White Cross - were used in an old Santa Cruz skate video (err, the one where jason jesse went to prison - "Wheels of fire?" In any case, that was my intro to Sonic Youth and a very fortunate one. . .

I think this is a little better than Daydream Nation. It's more musical and is great the whole way through. Sometimes Daydream Nation drifts in my opinion.
