Honestly hard to pick, it really depends on the mood. Tender Prey and From Her to Eternity are both up there for the noisy squall, Let Love in and Henry's Dream completely nail his super-extra 90's gothy songwriting, and Skeleton Tree & Ghosteen shatter my ol' heart completely, and they all do what they do SO WELL

There's an excellent depiction of the band performing Tupelo in Reinhard Kleist's graphic biography "Nick Cave: Mercy on Me". Highly recommended.
