didn't like the new opening but i liked the trailer

Visuals are stunning, and I like Jet Black's cast, I could get used to Faye, but Cho is just nope, nope, nope, it ruins everything for me.

It's a shame really, like I said before, the secondary characters, the world build, the CGI, it all looks fantastic but man... CHO!

For me its not even the cast, its the tone , the dialogue- it all seems off. "I go by Spike Speigel these days" - bitch you always went by Spike Speigel, whats new? Its very hollywood-ified which I get since thats literally who made it, but I wish they would have treated it with more nuance than what they are showing (its a trailer tho so ill give em the benefit of the doubt). It just feels dumbed down. For all the fancy visuals and quirky moments the anime has, its actually surprisingly slow paced most of the time. Just from the small amount of stuff we've seen so far it does not look promising to me. Sorry i sound like im bitching about this too much i just really cant stand these live action remake things, they always suck.
