Oh shit is this getting some much-deserved traction here?
It is HARD for me to get into a pop record, but this is almost without flaw. This and Purity Ring's "Shrines" are two records I would classify as perfect pop.

Do it! Their last album was...uh...quite different than their first. A little more bubbly and radio-ready. But "Shrines" is cavernous and oppressive and strange yet catchy and immersive as fuck. Great record to listen to in one-go with some good headphones late at night. Side-chained out the ass, but that practically defines the sound of the album. Good stuff.

The bonus tracks so fucking good UGH, the synth/bass in Lucky Ones.. EARGASM, the synth's made this album so amazing, it's a real shame they where under-utilized in Skin&Earth, it's what made this album and Lights so unique
