Lydia rules and Illuminate is a borderline 5 for me...didn't know they knew each other but that's cool.

Yeah Aaron from Copeland is actually in a Lydia song, "Hospital" from Illuminate

He sings the harmonies and that one parts that's like "now look you've made a fool out of love" that's like the greatest thing ever sung by anyone

Oh shit I'm getting schooled in indie-pop right now. I had no idea but that's awesome and makes me respect Copeland even more.

Although now I'm just hoping for a new Lydia album tbqh

Someone schooling you in indie-pop? Surely this is an unacceptable breach of conduct

Agreed, did you hear Devil? Literally the complete opposite in tone from Illuminate yet they still pulled it off basically perfectly. The b-side Do You Remember is the best of the best

I liked it but thought it was a significant downgrade : (

It's not a 5 like Illuminate agreed but it was incredibly well done for what it was I thought

I think it's a 3.5 for me but that was before I could do things like give it a 3.8 or 3.9 just because

You and your staff powers. You know you're doing it just to mess with me as well as I do

I'm kinda confused on which songs are the original ones and which are the twin versions because on Youtube the ones I thought are the original ones (since they're the only ones on Spotify as well as on Deezer) are listed as twin versions...kinda confusing. But I like the ones I thought are the original ones more (more atmoshperic sounds, less piano that drowns everything else) so I hope they're the "real" songs.

Okay so on iTunes and Amazon they're listed the other way round. Well, seems like the "Twin Edition" is the better album. Which one was actually reviewed here?

Seriously I just listened into the "original" version and the twin is so much better lulz everyone who didn't like the original one should still check it out!

And yes I didn't use the edit button for this 3 comments because I want the attention.

A new album is on the horizon! Seems to be called Pope. Incredibly stoked to see where they go from here.
