Just jammed that track Cap'n and I don't find them off-time at all. Been tapping my foot to the
double bass rhythm and it all seems to sync up to me.
edit: Do you mean that they seem a little bit too fast for the rhythm of the guitars? I think I feel
that, but it still sorta works.

It's two or three tracks too long, but it's still pretty solid.

It didn't feel as long as it actually was to me, although I usually multitask during my BM jams

Eh it's like 55 minutes or something like that, the length didn't bother me at all. This band is really consistent imo.

and now i see I basically said the same thing like a year ago, on the same page :3 I still likes my bm concise, either in terms of # of tracks, or total runtime. Dead as Dreams is fine because it only has 5 tracks and that feels like less content to mull over, whereas the 9 individual pieces here is a lot more to process.

I see your point. Still though this album didn't seem to drag for me at all or anything like that.

Record is a bit more black metal oriented, a bit more agressive and dissonant. But not that much different than the one before it. Just another solid release.
