this is a completely pointless review tbh, if youre taking this album seriously then youre doing it wrong

Well as you see it isn't as pointless as I would also like it to be, reaction points out that the vast majority takes this album too seriously.
|
| |
explain to me how this is a review of music pls[2]
|
| |
album isnt supposed to be taken seriously. also this more a rant imo, didnt vote tho because its actually an interesting read
the album itself, its like watching dragon ball instead of ghost in the shell or cowboy bebop, you know its going to be dumb and over the top and thats exactly what the people that follow this band wanted
|
| |
even though dragon ball didn't butcher tv shows like this butchered music
|
| |
this review like actually hurts to read, also as a marketing student neg for stupid marketing rant opening.
|

explain how this 'butchered music' pls

Alright, your biggest problem with this review aside from it being a review is that you're pretty much just slapping together a bunch of shit in an off topic hodge podge and hoping no one can question your shit through a wall of "versatile" vocabulary.
First you try to correlate marketing into... something. Brining up the ground rules of marketing and then the other side and then abandoning that trop to go into trying to dissect "Japan contradictions" in a way where you overlook deeply the fact that societal values and cultures are simply far too one away from the other to even come close to trying to label em in anyway that isn't how they already were.
Now around the part with the adulthood initiating, I do believe you are trying to cover these girls are one trick pony who will be forgotten quickly when they no longer fit in the image that japan paints for its entertainers. Which while seems true isn't something anyone should use as a way to downplay an album, especially one as current as this one. You also seem to cover the attitude of music blogs in regards to their reactions to this particular group, which seems really off topic in contrast to the rest of your thing. Really it just seems like your slapping a few ideas in a very terribly made high school english report and backing it up with pretentiously words.
Also youre writing a fucking review, youre supposed to be convincing them to check out or avoid an album. Not confusing the ever living fuck out of em.

"explain how this 'butchered music' pls"
Mixing obnoxious music you hear on animes with a little bit of metal is bullshit.

@Shuyin
Actually I don't know why you disagree with me as some of the notions you point out are covered in a different way - using different analogies - in my review. We actually agree in a big part of what I was trying to point out... Glad you find my essay interesting though!
@Funeralopolis
Seriously how can a statement pointing out "truth can be found in both parties" be considered a rant against either of em?

-snip-
|

People argue about the review more than the music
|

cant wait for the latest round of permabans this thread will result in[2]
|

"Freshmen students of marketing may get indoctrination on how marketing covers existing needs and won’t create them from scratch. "
Clearly you've never taken any marketing classes because this is exactly the opposite of what they teach in marketing classes. Already not off to a good start on the review.
|
| |
Thats because everyone pretty much got their thoughts on this album out there on the first two reviews.
|
| |
Why are we talking about marketing?

nice edit at the sighting of permaban danger
