I can understand you disliking Foxy's overly bombastic side (I guess), but this album is just boring.

I think the songs have great potential. It just needs a remix. They've done much better in the past
and I hope they do much better in the future.

This is my favorite album since Introducing, no contest. The past two albums were "over-cooked' if anything and much too layered and "glam"ed up at times. So what Foxy decided to tone it down, good for them. At the trajectory they were on where was that leading them? Some kind of overblown circus act where the music takes a back seat? If anything this is a more simple, stripped down rock album that is a throw back to their roots before they blew up into some sort of half-brained side show act. Eric & Co. are still going to be Foxy and provide the same antics on stage I have no doubt but I'm glad to hear a less structured album from these guys. This album just kind of flows, and moves along as it wants. I love it!

I have officially listened to this album way more than I ever listened to Introducing. Next to Flamingo Trigger this is my second favorite foxy album. I may even like this album more than Flamingo Trigger, I don't honestly know. I have never given Flamingo Trigger a fair run. I am not going to be too radical here though yet, so I am going to stick with Flamingo Trigger as their best album for now.

Sad to see they have decided to call it quits/break up/go on hiatus...I was looking forward to the tour date in Bloomington on the 19th. I still think this record rocks and is one of their better records despite other's displeasure with the album & sound. Here is hoping to hearing more music from these guys at some point again as Foxy Shazam in the future!

Disagree hard on that stuff about "Downtown". (Except that it's obviously his take on "Uptown Funk")

If silly fun is "fucking repellent" now, yes. Production is cool, obviously it's to messy as fuck and you can hate on macklemore for being his usual as a MC, but I actually thought it was pretty cool. Not great but enjoyable. Which I prefer to Macklemore just talking about stuff he thinks is sad, important or moving until a cheesy chorus kicks in (*cough cough same love*)
Especially after that god-awful Ed sheeran/Macklemore song he released a few weeks ago.

Just didn't get the forced vibe from this song.

Nah man we're good. I'm not taking stuff like that personaly. Still think the Song is kinda cool. Fantano gave it a good Review, not that it matters, but there are other People who dig it.
