"the concept was more philosophy centered or something and even said he thought his biggest mistake with Pt. 1 was that he didn't really convey his concept musically."
I find him to be more of a conceptual artist rather than a theatrical/visual one, which is what he tried to do in Part 2 and while it was enjoyable it didn't really feel original.

Pt. 2 was really unfocused and underdeveloped as a whole (did it release before or after his hardware failure?) and was a bit too gimmicky with the deep house stuff.

"did it release before or after his hardware failure?"
both this and part 2 were released after the computer bullshit happened.

Oh, was the failure THAT long ago? I thought it happened sometime 2015.
Need to get me facts straight.

it happened in 2013, not long after Draw The Line was released if I remember correctly.
That's why it was released in two parts.
