I liked DJ Mustard at first but all of his shit is starting to sound the same. There is soooo much better hip-hop out there. Don't waste your time with this.

My sensibilities may be delicate but your definition for quality is narrow. I'm not on this website to
make enemies and I'm sorry if I came at you the wrong way but there is so much more to rap music than
bars and boom bap beats.

how can you assume what my definition of quality is for hip-hop based off 2-3 criticisms about one single hip-hop album? preposterous. I agree i have no desire to beef so yeah don't come at people from that angle if you don't want them to be offended, you could have just asked me to elaborate instead in a respectful way and weighted my opinion. I mean i sat through this whole damn thing, I'm gonna talk about it

yes there is.... so how on earth does me not liking one trap album equate to me only liking boom bap hahaha

My question is, how's YG's technical skill?

I loved Pusha T's album despite being the same old same old because Pusha himself had the lyrical dexterity and persona to pull it off.

How is YG on this aspect? is he interesting? does he produce good lines?

so kirk once we actually get to civil grounds you just blame it on me having shallow hip-hop taste based purely on assumptions and then refuse to discuss further?

lol aight nice discussion bro good first impressions abound itt

dude even as simple as Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe is (literally a like 6 second looped sample with trap drums added haha) its still probably one of my favourite hip hop tracks of the 10's

If Kendrick got on some DJ Mustard beats I would enjoy him more.
