Not only is the album a mixed bag with er varied results, everyone seems to have different fave tracks, mine are; Underneath the gun, Almost over, Creamer and Let it go- probably the least LB type songs (bar Creamer) but I like the melodies and the guitar tone in general on this album.

The album is far from amazing but I'm always amazed at the hate it gets (and I'm no massive LB fan).

Shit, I remember jamming Eat You Alive a bit. Probably the last Limp Bizkit song I ever gave a damn about.

Gold Cobra was impressive though. I would call it their second best album tbh

I think it brings more to the table than the original tbh.

"In terms of lyrics or music bloc?"

Both to an extent. Def in terms of music. And obv when it comes to lyrics you can't expect a life changing experience when you listen to LB but honestly they are on par with just about anything else they have done. The important thing is that they fit with the band's image.

Although the lyrics do get quite thought provoking on Unquestionable Truth.

I actually think Gold Cobra is their best these days; such a good record. Unquestionable is awesome as well, but Cobra brings it all.

If Starfish cut a couple of tracks, it would be an easy 5 for me. Regardless, it's probably my top LB album. Then Silver Mongoose, and then Truth. Although all 3 are pretty close to each other.

I understand you bloc, but I think the lyrics are far better than chocolate starfish I mean there are no childish lyrics like hot dog. Well not hot dog because it's a literal "fuck you" to the contemporary culture but my generation and my way, my God.

Haha My Way does have some depth too I think. I've read that it is a "fuck you" to their record label or some other management

Yeah, that's another reason GC is so good, Durst's lyrics are refrained from his usual bullshit; he actually has something to sing about on that record. lol

But I agree bloc, CS is a really good record -- bar a couple of duff tracks.
