I don't get the hate for Feel Good Drag
|

I wouldn't really say it's hated but it's just the fact that that is Anberlin's most popular song and it shows a pretty ordinary side of the band and most fans would prefer that popular song to be something else (aka their own favourite song)
I mean, personally, most of the appeal of Anberlin is from the emotional depth, which is why I'm generally not that big of a fan of their straight-out guitar-centric songs

I generally prefer that side of them, but that's just me. They do have some really nice slow songs too.
I have a feeling this has already been touched on, but Foreign Language suuuuuucks.

Feel Good Drag gets too much hate for being popular.

Unwinding Cable Car is their best ever song imo.

I feel like Inevitable gets overshadowed by Cable Car's greatness

The "Feel Good Drag" re-recording blows, at least compared to the original.

There's no big difference beside the cut scream.

They cleaned up his vocals on the chorus, too. But yeah, pretty much the same, except for that added intro.

I like what he did with his voice on the original.

There's way more passion. The newer version screams generic.
