Neg, and I'll tell you why. Besides the poor grammar, it doesn't really feel like a review. When I read this I get an image of this sub-urban teenager getting really excited about how this album relates to him as a person and just rambling using poor examples to back up his points.

You realise that rating the review is an answer to the question "Was this review well-written?", right? You don't have to listen to the genre or to an album to know if a review is well-written.

People will often neg reviews on Sputnik simply because they don't like the rating or don't agree with your opinion, but your ranting like a 6 year old in the comments thread earns you exactly zero sympathy.
