And it's funny you mention that, Aiden Baker's new album has such a nice jazzy feel to it and I'm loving it more than anything metal oriented that's been released this year. As far as power electronics and noise, I've been more into that more than metal these days as well.

I always thought Quietly was very good, but honestly I feel like MoTA is just a band that gets stale fast. Even if this is a 4.5, I think after a few listens I wouldn't touch this again. Just something about this band screams "addicted for a couple weeks", but after that, you don't really go back.
I'll still check this out, and nice review.

Great review Jav, the album is phenomenal but it's definitely a grower. I wasn't sure what to think at first and the vocals sometimes felt out of place on the first few listens but everything almost fits perfectly. It's rare for a band to be able to create something universal yet personal. These guys really have out done themselves.
And I disagree with this band getting stale. Quietly has never been stale for me and any other material. Everthing they've done has been different.

I always knew these guys were capable of something great and this album is pretty awesome.I could never really get on board with a lot of the stuff they've done in the past but have enjoyed aspects of this band's music.Definitely their best release in my opinion.
