It's their 2nd best imo, the closing 2 songs are killer.

I want to love this album but the buried instruments, especially the drums are really hard for me to love it.

I wish Gloam/Illunis/Illuminare all had the production of the most recent album.

So this is where I hop on board the Rolotrain. Loved their new album, started from the beginning but didn't get on with their first two albums at all. This is where it starts to click for me.

Jeeez, it's fucking crazy how night and day different my enjoyment of this is from the first two albums and the debut EP
I rated those at 3s for sheer musical competency, but I had a hard time actually getting into it. This is a far different story, easily the best of the albums I've heard from them so far, and I'm only at the halfway mark

3rd best Rolo behind Time & Myth

I'm so hyped to get to those. I heard "Aftermath" into "Rituals" from Time Will Die way back in January, and I was hooked

Remains their most underrated album. Illuminaire is still incredible.

Ngl this has gradually slipped to my least fav. Highlights are there, but the consistency and prod are not, and I've soured on how this airbrushes all the quirks out of their earlier material without having the songwriting or versatility of their later albs to show for it
Obviously a 'better' album than Hysterics, but not remotely as endearing so idc
