''That that accidentally in the bollocks!''

this album can be hilarious at times.

might be my favorite of the trilogy... or maybe it's just that it's the most accessible

really need to get around to checking out I-IV though

Bout time I got round to this, I like the more absurdist bent here compared to drift

Not as scary as The Drift. Great sounds in most songs I always like all small details.

Favourite songs:

1. SDSS14 13B (Zercon, A Flagpole Sitter)

2. Corps De Blah

3. See You Don't Bump His Head

4. Epizootics!

5. Dimple

6. Phrasing

7. Tar

8. The Day The Conducator Died (An Xmas Song)

9. Pilgrim

Wow, just came in here to bump this but apparently it was bumped just yesterday (or two days ago according to sput's clock, damn server change).

And if we're listing faves: Epizootics!, The Day the "Conducator" Died, Phrasing, and Corps de Blah.

that very ominous sounding e-guitar during the verses in The Day The Conducator Died makes me imagine it can be played before listen to the horror story album The Drift, it's before you come to the haunted mansion where Scott lives as a dangerous serial murder (listen to my comment in the The Drift page).

I could listen to this and then to The Drift (in that order: Cossacks Are, Jesse, Clara, Buzzers, Jolson And Jones, Cue and then the others, I can imagine many spooky things happening in his mansion where there are also many locked doors).

This really gets under my skin at times, unlike anything out there. Truly special album.

We could move to the sticks

Say Earl's Court or Embankment

While the Thames flows black as camel piss

Let the icy thermals dervish around our feet

"Dare, step out on me!"

"I'll step out on you!"

"Dare, step out on me!"

"I'll step out on you!"

Bish Bosch and what more

Are depositions for?

genuinely moving stuff tho
