The Fountain- Darren Aronofsky's film with Hugh Jackman. OST's by Clint Mansell and is pretty dark.

You should review The Fountain OST
i reviewed that way back when but i think i had it deleted.
anyway, omairsh's recommendation is really, really good. i highly recommend it as well. it's clint mansell in collaboration with the kronos quartet and mogwai.

as for your review, i thought it was really well worded.
perhaps due to its substitution of historical events in the interest of enhancing the plot and the viewers attention.
^ i was just having a conversation with a friend recently on how this happens far too often.
there are some extraneous bits here and there though, and certain grammatical errors that you'll probably pick out pretty easily. in the line i quoted above, for example, it should read, 'enhancing the plot and the viewer's attention'.
great stuff overall, especially for a first.

Thanks Gyromania! I'm actually listening to it right now and so far I definitely like what I'm hearing.
Is it me or do big budget epic style movies tend to bend history around to keep the plot riveting, it seems like they do that way too often.
Thanks for the fix, I'll do another run through to catch any more mistakes.

Damn that was quick. The Fountain OST blew my mind when I initially heard it, I still like it, but it definitely needs to be heard in the right mood.

Usually whenever I listen to music I drop what I'm listening too if I'm recommended a soundtrack, as I
love scores. I watched the movie first. It was a pretty great film. Hugh Jackman was spectacular.
