i really hated on this album when it came out. what a idiot I was. Whilst not as good as their debut this is still a fantastic record. Wish these dudes continued.

Always felt like this album should have gotten far, far more love than it did. They pulled a Finch and released what could have been seen as a genre classic, but instead killed the band because no one wanted the change in sound.



I do think the vocals on this album should be a bit more forward in the mix, and perhaps be accompanied with a few more harmonies here and there to give it that oomph. But as is, it's still a huge step up in atmosphere and maturity from their previous album.
