Wow, I'm 34... started with my first concert at 8 (Powerslave tour with my cousins) and my first ep record the same year (Black Sabbath - Iron Man). I can still remember sitting in my parents basement trying to get the other kids I hung around with to stop talking about Michel Jackson and learn the words to Iron Man.....
I listen to a ton of different music, but metal is and always will be home.

Also, I converted from CD to digital about 3 years ago. When I sold off my tape/cd/vinyl collection it was over 10k pieces. I kept some items that were too personally valuable to sell. My original copy of Death - Human on tape, my autographed Overkill - Fuck you Vinyl and a few others. Now I have a fucking server full of tunes, was over 1.5TB at last check....

It's hard to find quality people to talk about music with. Most of the piss-pants from my generation are too busy telling me how much I need to listen to indie bands and that all Metal died in the mid 90's. Fuck em, I still like shitty death core, bad hair metal, death, grind... I've grown up, doesn't mean my musical tastes have to :D

Over here we start college in 21.
Holy shit, that sucks. You would be graduating college and starting your awful adult life at that age in the US.

I work a white color job and have my masters in computer science. Currently going BACK to school now for my masters in business.
Have to love it though, I'm at my desk right now (working from home today) wearing a cannibal corpse shirt. I still rock the long hair look... until I start loosing it. No 'Pickles" the drummer skullett here.....
